Family – Julie is married to Barry Russell. They have three children- Brianna, Kenton and Payton.

Education – Graduated from Ohatchee High School in 1986. Graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Service – Julie has worked with Children’s Ministry since 1990. She has served on staff at Mt. Zion since 1997.
